Hi, I’m Courtney.

I’m a trauma-informed holistic coach. My approach is bottom-up, using somatic (body-centred) practices and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect to who you really are.

I work 1:1 with clients looking to figure out who they are and what they need, feel better and recover from burnout, or around neurodiversity. I also work with parents to help them understand neurodiversity, support and advocate for their child, and how to help them recover from burnout.

I also work with groups, in my SPARK, SOMA & SOUL membership as well as in mind-body classes, workshops and retreats. These include gentle somatic movement, embodied meditation & mindfulness, stretches, relaxation & community connection.
