We gather under the illumination of each full moon to harness the energy of letting go to make space for more of what feels good. We place our feet on the earth. We come together in community and witness each other in ceremony. We dance and we unleash our voices. We connect more deeply to ourselves, the music, each other, nature and the moon.

We begin each evening with a grounding cacao ceremony. Ceremonial cacao is the purest form of chocolate and a sacred plant medicine, known for its heart-opening benefits. It has been drunk for thousands of years in South America and has lots of benefits, including mood-enhancing properties, stress reduction due to its high magnesium content, and helping us to tap into joy and bliss. Our ceremonial cacao is vegan and gluten free, prepared with coconut milk and a touch of maple syrup, and lots of love and care.

We will then move into a guided embodiment journey to help us to drop into our bodies, the music and the space, before going into the ecstatic dance, an immersive experience with silent disco headsets so you can move around and explore the space freely. Suitable for all levels, this is a non-judgemental and sober space to move and dance freely in whatever way feels good for you. A space to release the idea of perfection and connect to the music, yourself and your body's innate wisdom in nature.

We recommend dancing barefoot if that’s comfortable for you but you’re welcome to wear socks, barefoot shoes, or trainers if you prefer for medical or sensory reasons.

After the dance there we will gather around the fire for a special full moon releasing ceremony. This will be different each time and could include sound, drumming, moon gazing, meditation, breathwork, vocalisation and chanting.
