The Fierce Heart is an ongoing monthly membership, beginning with an initial three-month commitment.

Membership is £77 per month. By joining, you are committing to your first three monthly payments (a total minimum commitment of £231) even if you do not attend all of the live sessions during that time.

After your first three months, your membership will continue on a monthly basis until you choose to cancel.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Your first payment of £77 is taken when you join. Further payments will be taken automatically each month using the payment card you provided when you sign up.

Subject to your statutory cancellation rights, because your place in the Founding Circle is held for you and the group begins this journey together, the initial three-month commitment remains payable if you decide not to continue attending during that period.

If something about the space isn’t working for you, please get in touch. so we can have a conversation and explore together.

I also understand that sometimes life changes unexpectedly. In exceptional circumstances, I may be able to offer some flexibility around your membership - for example, pausing your membership, arranging an alternative or offering a full or partial refund. Any such arrangements are at my discretion and will be considered individually, depending on the circumstances.

Your membership includes 90-minute Gatherings and 60-minute Connection Circles, usually one of each per month, alongside access to our private WhatsApp community. Dates are arranged in advance and may vary slightly from month to month.

The dates and times of the first season are shown above. Future dates will be shared with members in advance.

Sometimes illness or circumstances outside my control may mean I need to change or cancel a live session.

Where possible, I’ll reschedule or offer a suitable alternative. This could include adding an additional session at a later date or, where appropriate, arranging for another facilitator to hold the space.

If I’m unable to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative, I’ll offer an appropriate full or partial refund for the part of your membership I’m unable to provide. No refunds will be available for rescheduled sessions if you are unable to make those dates.

If circumstances mean I’m unable to continue The Fierce Heart altogether, any payments you’ve already made for membership that I’m unable to provide will be refunded.

You’re very welcome to stay for as long as The Fierce Heart continues to feel right for you. After your initial three-month commitment, you can cancel your membership at any time before your next payment is due.
