The Woodland, Withey Copse Farm, Ecchinswell, near Newbury

Join me and Jayne Kale (Thrive With Jayne) for a full day to slow down and immerse yourself in nature to pause, reconnect and nourish your mind, body and soul.

We’ve co-created this event so you can get the rest, relaxation and restoration you need and reconnect to yourself – your body, spirit and soul – as well as connect to others, and connect deeply to nature. Everyone is welcome and there’s no previous experience required of any of the activities.

We’d love to invite you to join us…
