THE CHILLOUT SESSIONS

Somatic movement, meditation & relaxation to chill dance music & club classics, with non-alcoholic drinks

Leave the stress of the week behind with two hours of intuitive somatic movement, stretches, guided embodied meditation practices and deep relaxation. All set to chill dance tunes and club classics to uplift your mood, soothe your nervous system and nourish your soul. Finishing with a selection of non-alcoholic drinks to start your weekend.

These sessions are for you whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in mind-body practices. All sessions are trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. Please let me know if there is anything that could make the sessions more accessible for enjoyable for you.

Please bring: a yoga mat, warm layers & socks, a water bottle, blanket, cushion or pillow, and wear comfortable loose clothing or workout clothes.
