About me

I’m Courtney. I’m a trauma-informed somatic coach and I support people to reconnect to who they really are.

I’m on a mission to help others understand their own nervous systems, redisover their magic and find joy and ease again. So they can start living rather than just ‘doing’ life, in a way that feels aligned to them and on their own terms. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to welcome you into this space.

I’m neurodivergent (AuDHD) and a parent to neurodivergent children in burnout. I know exactly what it’s like to feel constantly stressed and overwhelmed, to struggle with chronic pain, low energy and in burnout.

My own journey of self-discovery and healing has been transformed through nervous system regulation and somatic practices. And I know it can be transformational for you on your own journey too.

Because 1:1 coaching isn’t accessible for everyone, this membership is a way of getting really impactful and lasting change for a really affordable level of investment.

 FAQs

  • Not at all. Some members want to come to all of them to maximise what they get from their membership and others just want to do certain sessions – either is ok. I want you to do what feels right for you in the best way to move forwards.

  • Somatic sessions will be recorded and available to watch later if you can’t join live. Some other sessions may be recorded too, but this will depend on confidentiality. Recordings will be shared after the sessions and available to watch for two weeks.

  • Sessions will be spaced out throughout the month.

    Somatic sessions will be during the first and third week of each month

    The community connection session will be second week of the month

    Group coaching will be during the last week of the month

    Guided journaling will be around the end of the month

    Voxer Q&A will vary

    The majority of sessions will be during the day but there will be some evening sessions too to maximise attendance

  • You will need internet access and a laptop, tablet or mobile to join as sessions will be held on Google Meet. It is possible to join some sessions by dialling in by phone for audio only but this is not suitable for the somatic sessions.

    Somatic sessions may involve practices you can do standing or seated, or lying down. If lying down, it’s recommended that you have a yoga mat you can use, but a bed or sofa could also work for some practices. A cushion can also be helpful.

  • When you become a member your membership will automatically renew each month on the same date, until you cancel. You can cancel online before the next billing period at any point during your membership. If you join as a founding member then your price is locked in for life if you continue to be a member. If you cancel and decide to rejoin at a later date you will need to pay the current membership rate.

  • My intention is always to create and hold spaces that feel safe and inclusive. For this reason, confidentiality is important. You are welcome to join in whatever way feels good for you. There is no requirement to be on camera or to speak. However, connection and co-regulation a huge part of the sessions, and being able to see each other helps with this. But please do what feels right for you. And if there is anything else I can do to make the sessions more accessible or successful for you then please let me know.

  • Absolutely! Membership is open to anyone over the age of 18 around the world. That’s the joy of being online and I love the idea of connecting us globally! Session times will vary to accommodate different timezones as much as possible.

  • No refunds can be given unfortunately but you have the option to cancel your membership at any time before the next automatic billing cycle.

  • If I need to cancel a session for any reason during the month then I will communicate this with members and reschedule it as soon as possible.
